VCP co-founder Mark Solomon and VCP Director of Construction, Ben Hendershot

VCP is on a mission to end Veteran homelessness everywhere. Our next target: the city of Longmont in Boulder County, Colorado.

Later this Spring, VCP and our partner HMS Development will break ground in more ways than one.

To meet their affordable housing requirement, HMS will incorporate a VCP tiny house village in a 67-acre development that features single-family homes, townhomes, and condos ranging from $350,000 to $900,000. HMS reports that the Village is a unique selling point; buyers are intrigued by and support the 26 tiny homes and a 3,000-square foot community center.

“It’s going to be the only place in the country, that I know of, which will have homeless people, on purpose, living next to a high-end subdivision,” says VCP co-founder, Mark Solomon.
