Veterans Community Project - Kansas City, MO
The Communications Manager supports VCP’s mission and activities across all communications channels, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that strengthens VCP’s brand equity. Working closely with the Director of Communications, this position supports development goals, helps manage VCP’s social media channels, designs digital and print assets, and supports all internal and external communications needs. Outreach Case Managers assist Veterans with linkages to community resources, employment, benefits, and health services. There is an emphasis on supporting Veterans with overcoming barriers to securing or maintaining permanent housing by connecting them to housing options, emergency assistance and other resources that fit the Veteran’s individual needs. Residential Case Managers provide supportive housing services for homeless Veterans and/or Veterans and their families and formulate case plans that promote Veterans moving towards permanent housing readiness. Click here for details.
Veterans Community Project - Longmont, CO
The Construction and Operations Coordinator is responsible for operations, facilities, and construction-related activities to support VCP-Longmont and will work closely with vendors, contractors, and team members from various departments. This position is also responsible for oversight, guidance, and safety of volunteers both those on the construction site when VCP Village is under construction as well as those supporting operations and maintenance of the Village and of the Veterans Outreach Center.
